I ordered a customised wig but it didn’t come pre plucked or bleached. Very disappointed. I had to make a plan because I didn’t have time anymore it was an emergency. But I don’t like that we pay for customisation and don’t get it.

Great quality product and packaged beautifully. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 not because of the quality of the product but more because of the in-store service.
I bought the product for my partner and as a man with minimal knowledge of the product details, I felt that the in-store personnel missed out on an opportunity to sell me more of the service i.e. Installation service, maintenance products etc.
The in-store attendant just handed me what I bought and let me go on. I only realised afterwards that the store has a salon and offers installation services, which I would have paid for and avoided my partner doing it herself. My advise is, give the customer the full experience and let them decide on what else they need from your bouquet of offerings.

I’m disappointed with my frontal Wig didn't cover from ear2ear. The wig cap is small and stitches are visible and everyone can see it. When i’m wearing its like i have a bump on my head not flat at all. It doesn't look like Zintles picture at all.

The wig is the bomb, totally loved it… the hair was pre plucked and all well it seemed pre plucked to me…the hair is silky and soft… you can’t even tell it’s an 8 inch because it isn’t so short …. I’m very happy… the delivery took too long… 5 days to be exact minus the weekend

I'm so disappointed with this hair. I cut the lace as I was going to install it but then I realised that the hair is soooo thin. Especially considering that this is supposed to be 16inch. It looks like 1 or 1.5 bundles of hair was used to make this wig.
I basically have wasted my money.
Not only is the hair bad but the delivery also took 6 business days to a maim city centre and I had to keep following up and shouting my lungs out for the hair to be delivered!
I expect a refund for this nonsense I have received or for the hair to be fixed by adding the missing bundles.
I'm shocked that you'd even send customers this quality of hair when the owner advertises different quality hair on her head.
